Caitlin’s background in team sports comes through in the motivational tone of her classes. With over 8 years of teaching experience; certifications in barre, yoga, and spin, as well as a dedicated personal practice Caitlin’s knowledge and passion for movement is unmatched. She uses high energy music and cues to motivate and encourage you to work out of your comfort zone, but always offers progressions to ensure her class is accessible to all levels. Most importantly, she strives to know each one of her guests on a personal level and uses this information to challenge you in a way that is appropriate, safe, and goal oriented!
