Strength for Runners + North End Run Club is BACK Wednesday 6/17 in the NE with Chrissy.

Start with a Strength class thoughtfully programmed for our runners and then hit the streets for a 2-3 mile gently paced run! This was SO FUN last month so don’t miss this one!

our Strength Queen 👸🏾 makes us all feel badass in the best way. If you haven’t taken Nafisha’s Strength class yet … why?

Nafisha is someone who thinks about programming and progress and that is reflected in ALL of her classes (not just strength). Plus her strong values of community in fitness and finding ways to push yourself to not only get stronger for you, but lift up others in the room makes us want to return to her class again and again.
