1️⃣ Cross Train with FORMAT classes. We love our runners and we love this weather for even those of us that like to casually lace up the 👟. FORMAT Barre is the perfect class for injury prevention while Strength and CardioStrength help to balance the body and build agility and speed. If you’re training for spring and summer races get into these classes to improve your performance. PLUS 👀 look out for more Run Club collabs so we can all hit the streets together this spring 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️

2️⃣ Spotlight on 🔦FORMAT Barre: We know we don’t have to sell this to our Barre die hards, BUT if you haven’t taken barre yet … here’s our elevator pitch: FORMAT barre is unlike any other barre class; beat based, but the focus is on the strength training elements rather than the dance background. The amount of reps and time at intensity make it a well rounded strength training experience and the small precise movements make it low impact. It’s the perfect class for injury prevention and overall longevity 👯‍♀️
