 Build power, improve endurance, and run stronger from the ground up. This class combines functional strength training, core work, mobility, and stability exercises designed specifically to support runners of all levels. Expect high-energy intervals, lower body strength, and recovery-focused movement that helps improve performance and reduce injury risk.

Then we’ll take it to the pavement with a short post-class run to put your strength into motion, build confidence, and connect as a community. Whether you’re training for a race or just love to run, this class will help you move better, feel stronger, and go farther.

*Sign ups for Class and Run are SEPARATE. Class starts @ 5:30 PM and Run starts @ 6:30. Class is a normal credit or membership and Run is 🆓 with limited spots!

we love to move our bodies in many different ways and truly believe that there are no better cross training classes for our runners than the ones we offer.

So we’re combining the two!

Our once monthly Strength for Runners Series start Wednesday 5/27 with @chrissymsnyder 👟

Take FORMAT Strength for Runners at 5:30 PM and then head out for an approachable pace run around the neighborhood to put everything you did in class into practice!

Please note that you sign up for the class and the run separately in your FORMAT App! The class is a regular credit or membership and the run is 🆓. You are not required to do both, but we hope you do!
