INSTRUCTOR

With over 12 years of experience teaching group fitness, Chrissy Snyder brings an intensity and humility to all of her classes. As a 6X Boston Marathon runner, she has found that, with every uphill there is a down hill. Chrissy loves barre as a cross training exercise to keep her healthy and strong while she runs. In Chrissy’s class you can expect to be challenged physically while listening to some great remixes and maybe getting in a laugh or two.
